Complimentary shipping to all locations within the continental United States and British Columbia (please contact me for rates to other destinations). Original works typically ship in a wood crate within 3-5 business days, via UPS or freight carrier. Very large artworks may take longer due to freight carrier pick-up schedules.
Complimentary local delivery & installation within the Seattle area.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please carefully unpack and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are satisfied with your purchase.
You have seven days from time of delivery to decide whether to keep the artwork, or return in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs of undamaged artwork are the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Return an Artwork
Please contact me at jp@jeremyprim.com with your order information and reason for the return or exchange. Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials.
Returns are processed upon receipt of artwork and will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (less return shipping costs and international customs fees, if any).
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Please contact me with your order information and photos of the artwork and packaging as soon as possible.
