Processing Time
Most pieces ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Local Delivery (Seattle Area)
I offer complimentary delivery and installation with 25 miles of Seattle.
Shipping within Continental US
I ship orders within the US via UPS ground or select freight carriers, and provide tracking information prior to shipment. Please contact me for rates or additional information.
International Orders
I’m happy to ship internationally, please contact me for a quote. Collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
Packaging
Every piece is carefully wrapped in archival glassine, cushioned, and shipped in a custom wood crate to ensure it arrives safely.
Returns
You may return original artwork within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are paid by the collector.
Eligibility
Artwork must be in its original condition and returned in the original packaging (or equivalent professional packaging) with all included materials (e.g., frame if provided, certificate of authenticity).
Commissioned work is final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Email jp@jeremyprim.com within the 7-day window with your order number.
I’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Ship the work back within 5 business days of receiving return instructions using an insured, trackable service and signature required. Please share the tracking number.
Refunds
Once the artwork arrives back in original condition, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
International duties/taxes are non-refundable.
If the artwork is returned damaged or not in original condition, I may reduce the refund to reflect repair/restoration costs or decline the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange or credit, let me know when initiating your return and we can discuss available options.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damage on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything is damaged, email me with photos of the packaging, the artwork, and the shipping label within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund.
Lost / Missing Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact me at jp@jeremyprim.com within 48 hours so I can open an investigation with the carrier.
Packaging & Care
Please keep all original packaging materials for the return period. If you need guidance on safe repacking, I’m happy to help—email jp@jeremyprim.com for instructions.
Color & Display
I try to represent colors accurately, but variations may occur across screens. If you have questions about color, finish, or scale, feel free to request additional photos or videos before purchasing.
